High Blood Pressure also called as
Hypertension. The most dangerous things about Hypertension is that you may not
aware about it and you have it. Until or unless your doctor measure with
instrument you cannot identify your BP. It is also called serial killer because
it damage your internal organs of body silently and you don't known it.
Basic of Hyper tension or High Blood
Pressure :
Hypertension or High Blood Pressure is
basically the Pressure generated by your blood to the vessel or arteries which
make a bad impact on the vessel and may be damage the vessel very badly or it
can occur other serious health related issue like Heart attack , Heart failure
, heart stroke.
Symptoms of severe High Blood Pressure :
1) Severe headaches
2) Nosebleed
3) Vision problems
4) Difficulty breathing
5) irregular heartbeat
6) urine in blood
What to do ?
1) This first thing which you
should give priority when you are facing a High BP problem is that go to the
Doctor and start proper medicine as per doctor prescribe.
2) After that you should reduce the intake of
Sodium in your daily life.
3) Increase the intake of Foods and
Vegetables which are high in Potassium like Banana on daily basis.
4) Increase the intake of water , you should
drink water at least 3 liters.
5) Now , the most important thing is that you
should do at least 30 min aerobic exercise.
Aerobic Exercise :
1) Running
2) Rope Skipping
3) Jumping
4) Cycling

The main cause of High Blood Pressure
is stress so try to avoid stress and do some meditations to relax your mind ,
and forget about High Blood Pressure just continue the normal life as you live
before and follow the steps as we discussed above.
